There are several reasons why a preorder might be cancelled:
- the final payment has not been paid and no longer possible to keep it on hold. (If the final payment attempt is not successful, you are notified via email and normally have up to two weeks to complete payment.)
- an item has to be cancelled as it is no longer releasing or being stocked
- more than a listed customer limit has been ordered
- stock shortages
We stock a large range of products and some of these products are ordered from the supplier on demand. From time to time suppliers will inform us that they are no longer able to supply an item.
Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as possible by email, and the item will be cancelled. A full refund will be made to the applicable payment method for any cancelled item(s) or order(s).
Some products with a high demand or very limited collector's editions, have quantity limits imposed on them. If found to have ordered more than the limited quantity, your order may be cancelled and deposit refunded without any notice.
