I would like to return a purchased product

If you have purchased the wrong item or simply wanting to return due to changing your mind, it may be possible depending on the type of item purchased.

Some products we sell are not eligible for for a return under change of mind. Details of our requirements for change of mind returns can be viewed on our terms and conditions page here.

Returns also need to be within their respective time period from the purchase date. More information about this is down below.

Purchases in store

Items purchased in store and eligible for return can be taken into any local store.

Please ensure you have receipt or proof of purchase on hand. If you need assistance with obtaining receipt information, please feel free to contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Purchases online

For any orders paid with any of the following payment types, they will need to be posted back to our warehouse where a refund is being requested.

• Laybuy
• Klarna
• PayPal

Our local stores are unable to process refunds to these payments types.

Exchanges for other items will be ok in most cases.

Any orders paid via other accepted payment types can normally be refunded at any local store.

If you need to have an item sent back to our warehouse for return, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Please note We are unable to exchange items purchased online and can only offer a refund when returning via post for a change of mind.

Time limits for returns

The time limit you will have for a change of mind return varies based on EB World membership level.
