Delivery Orders:
If you need to cancel your order for delivery, you can do so via logging into your order history page on our website here.
If you placed the order using your EB World account then log in through that, otherwise if no account was used then use the Guest login. Once you have logged in, simply find your order and you will receive the below four options.
Once you make a change to your order, you will receive a confirmation email advising of the new details.
If your order has processed too far, you may not get the option to make amendments. Our Customer Service team is also bound by this limitation.

Please note some orders will have stock that is sourced from stores instead of our warehouse. These are known as Ship From Store Orders. These types of orders cannot be updated online as they are sent to the store to fulfill.
Click and Collect Orders:
Simply pop into the pick-up store once you receive an email advising it is ready to collect and you will be able to exchange it for something else or get a refund if you wish.
Please note if you've paid using PayPal, Layby NZ or Klarna, these items will need to be returned to us for a refund to be processed as our stores cannot process refunds for these payment methods.
In-store Preorders:
Please visit the pick-up store no earlier than 1 business day after the order was placed and they will be able to cancel your order and provide you with a refund. Once an order is placed online for pick up, our Customer Service team is unable to cancel the order from here. This also applies to pre-orders placed online for pick up in store.
